Services

FixMyHome offers services in construction, renovation, fit-out, maintenance and other related contracting services in residential, commercial and building works in Bahrain. Services are all done according to agreed scope, site conditions and accepted quotation.

Quotations and Pricing

Any quotations are exchanged on project requirements scrutiny. The prices can adjust according to materials, design modifications, location factors or customer preferences. Any other job beyond the scope of the agreement will be billed separately with the consent of the client.

Project Timelines

The project schedules are approximate and can be varied by weather, availability of materials, site access or unexpected technical problems. FixMyHome does not have to delay due to unforeseen factors that are not within the control of the business.

Client Responsibilities

The clients are required to provide proper information of the project, good timeliness approval and access of the site to facilitate smooth implementation of the services. Networking delays due to client side problems can impact on project schedules and budgets.

Payments

Payments should be done in agreement with the agreed payment schedule. In case the payments are not made within the agreed deadline, work can be halted. Any payment made cannot be refunded once the work has started except in cases where this is agreed upon in writing.

Intellectual Property

FixMyHome owns all the content, images and descriptions of the services on the website and should not be copied, reorganized and shared with others.

Limitation of Liability

FixMyHome does not have any liability to any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the usage of our web site or services. The scope of work in a service contract is limited to its liability.

Changes to Terms

FixMyHome has the right to revise these Terms and Conditions. The updates will be made on this page.
